Digital Health

The objectives are to optimize patient care, facilitate access to medical care, and improve diagnoses and treatments. In addition, digital health should increase efficiency and reduce the costs of healthcare.

Digital health is playing an increasingly important role in healthcare provision. Digital health encompasses a variety of applications and technologies. This includes telemedicine or electronic health records as well as wearable devices (e.g. fitness trackers) or health apps.

Our goal is to continuously improve the healthcare system by combining a variety of perspectives from theory and practice. And if a collaboration results in a scientific publication, this can even contribute to the broader development of digital health.
